Avocado, feta and chilli flakes on sourdough bread. The chilli gives it a bit of a kick, and feta and avocado together are amazing.

Ingredients

  • 1 avocado
  • 1/2 lemon
  • 2 slices sourdough bread
  • 40 g. feta cheese
  • 1/2 tsp chilli flakes
  • sea salt and fresh pepper

Instructions

  • Halve the avocado and scoop out. Using a fork, mash the avocado up in a bowl. Add a squeeze of lemon and mix. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Toast the sourdough slices. Spread the avocado mixture onto the sourdough toast. Crumble the feta cheese on top. Sprinkle chilli flakes on top to taste and serve.
