- 1 avocado
- 1/2 lemon
- 2 slices sourdough bread
- 40 g. feta cheese
- 1/2 tsp chilli flakes
- sea salt and fresh pepper
Halve the avocado and scoop out. Using a fork, mash the avocado up in a bowl. Add a squeeze of lemon and mix. Season with salt and pepper.
Toast the sourdough slices. Spread the avocado mixture onto the sourdough toast. Crumble the feta cheese on top. Sprinkle chilli flakes on top to taste and serve.
