Avocado, feta and chilli flakes on sourdough bread. The chilli gives it a bit of a kick, and feta and avocado together are amazing.
Avocado, feta and chilli flakes on sourdough bread
Ingredients
- 1 avocado
- 1/2 lemon
- 2 slices sourdough bread
- 40 g. feta cheese
- 1/2 tsp chilli flakes
- sea salt and fresh pepper
Instructions
- Halve the avocado and scoop out. Using a fork, mash the avocado up in a bowl. Add a squeeze of lemon and mix. Season with salt and pepper.
- Toast the sourdough slices. Spread the avocado mixture onto the sourdough toast. Crumble the feta cheese on top. Sprinkle chilli flakes on top to taste and serve.
